I started researching long before the Internet influenced modern genealogists, and was so isolated that I didn’t know any better than to include full place names.

That said, I know I’ve made my share of mistakes. I just choose to overlook my previous errors. :)

I hate to see a place name w/o the county designation in particular. I admittedly made this mistake when I started, but soon learned to clarify.
